8 pools with thermal mineral water
A stay in the pool has a positive effect on the nervous system, metabolic processes, and fitness. Thanks to its balneological values, the thermal-mineral water of Kuršumlijska Banja has a multifaceted impact on your health and provides complete relaxation for the mind. The “Banjska” Wellness Center has 8 pools, including a semi-open pool, three children’s pools, two indoor pools, and two infinity pools with a river connection. All pools are filled with thermal-mineral water at a temperature of 33-35°C.
4 Finnish saunas
Also known as a “dry” sauna, it has minimal air humidity. The high heat promotes blood circulation, resulting in profuse sweating, which helps eliminate harmful substances and toxins from the body. It also strengthens the immune and cardiovascular systems, relaxes the body, relieves tension and stress, and aids in muscle recovery after exercise or exposure to high mental and physical exertion.

Infrared sauna
Infrared rays directly heat the body, providing even warmth that is easier to tolerate and doesn’t burden breathing. Yet, it still stimulates abundant sweating. Its deep action results in the expansion of capillaries, improved circulation, better oxygen supply to organs, and efficient breakdown and elimination of harmful substances through the skin.
2 salt rooms
Salt therapy is one of the oldest forms of air therapy, that aims to replicate the healing effects of salt caves on the respiratory system and overall health. The therapy involves a halogenerator that releases dry, saturated air infused with fine rock salt particles, creating a therapeutic microclimate in the room. The salt room is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 18-25°C and a humidity level of 40-60%. Recommended for both adults and children, a session typically lasts up to 20 minutes.

Steam bath
A steam bath, also known as a Turkish bath, involves bathing in steam. The high humidity and dense clouds of water vapor have a soothing effect on the skin. The steam stimulates blood flow, opens up the pores of the skin, and deeply cleanses it, leaving it soft, clean, and radiant. Spending time in a steam bath can help relieve everyday stress and promote overall physical and mental well-being.
Cold cave
The temperature inside the cold cave drops to -5°C, and it is often used in combination with a sauna. Alternating between hot and cold temperatures can cause blood vessels to expand and contract, improving circulation and strengthening the body’s resilience.

Tepidarium
The benches in our tepidariums are anatomically designed to ensure comfort for your spine and back muscles when lying down. The warm temperature of the benches is carefully regulated to match that of the body, allowing for a balanced exchange of heat without excessive sweating. The heat has a calming effect on the nervous system, helps relax the muscles, improves circulation, and restores the body’s natural equilibrium.
Room for resting
This quiet room is designed to offer a peaceful ambiance with cozy heated loungers ranging from 37°C to 39°C. The gentle warmth of the loungers provides a perfect temperature for soothing the body and mind, without causing any discomfort. It creates an ideal atmosphere for rest and rejuvenation, allowing you to fully prepare for your next session at the wellness center.

Pouring bucket
After exiting the sauna, it is very important to cool the body down. One way to do this is to use a pouring bucket. By alternating exposure to high and then low temperatures, circulation is stimulated and the body is strengthened.
Kneipp path
The Kneipp path consists of alternatively arranged pools of warm and cold water, each with a depth of 20-40 cm. The temperature of the cold water typically ranges around 20°C, while the warm water is around 50°C. The pool floor is covered with small and large stones that have gentle edges, providing a therapeutic massaging effect for the feet. By walking through the water for about 15 minutes, the reflex zones on the feet are stimulated, and blood circulation is improved.
